Hi, I'm Zoya, human-centered researcher and designer
I am a human-centered user researcher and designer. I like asking questions and learning more about someone's experiences. I love solving problems and working on design challenges where I see potential for improving users' experiences and creating an impact for a community.
Currently, I am a Master's candidate for a degree in Information Management and Systems at UC Berkeley's School of Information, where I am exploring ways to research and design sustainable and human-centered products. I received my undergraduate degree in Economics with a double minor in Psychology and Environmental Studies from New York University. After graduation, I worked as a data and product manager at CDP in New York, developing climate data products for capital market stakeholders.
I love trying new activities and expanding my skill set. Lately, I have been learning about creative technology and immersive art, improving my dance techniques, and teaching myself music production. I've lived in Atlanta and New York for most of my life, and I now live in Berkeley, California (and still adjusting to west coast life!).
